Information We Collect
We collect the contact and event details you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, event location, selected rental experience, and event date. We keep booking, payment, invoice, and communication records.
We may photograph rental items before and after events to document their condition. Our booking forms are intended for adults. Please do not include sensitive information about children in event notes.
How We Use Information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, plan and deliver rentals, send booking messages, invoices, and receipts, process refunds, maintain business records, and address equipment damage.
Our payment processor handles online payments. We share information with the website, email, and payment providers we use as needed to operate the business. We do not sell customer booking information.
Photos and Records
Equipment-condition photos document rental items and are not used for advertising. We will seek separate permission before using identifiable customer or child photos for marketing.
We keep records as needed for bookings, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations.
Contact Us About Your Information
